Sarah J. "Sally" Claud (Mattice) Obituary (1943

September 9, 203 at age 80. Predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Robert Claud, her mother, Helen Fernaays, sister, Mary Ann O'Dell, brother, Kenneth Mattice. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Dwayne and Sarah Claud, grandchildren, Jesse, Skylar and Allison, brothers, Don (Theresa) and Gary (Anne Marie) Mattice, brother-in-law, Roy O'Dell, many nieces and nephews. Sally was the first female president of the York-Leicester Kiwanis Club, where she received the Hixson Award and was a lifetime member. She was a former Senior Citizen of the Year for the Town of Leicester. Friends may call Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 3-6 P.M. with her Funeral Service to follow at 6 P.M. at the Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 West Main St., Caledonia. Private interment at Leicester Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Teresa House, 21 Highland Rd., Geneseo, NY 14454.
