Bob passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, in Rochester, NY on July 12, 2025 at age 80.

He was predeceased by his parents, Betty & Marvin, and his sister, Linda Oinen. He is survived by his wife Louise Carson; step children, Robin Dale, Michael (Wendy) Dale and Gary (Rachel) Dale; step-grandchildren, Logan, Katrina, Graham, Sullivan, Quinn and Hannah; and his niece Katie Oinen & nephew Mark Oinen; and many dear friends.

Bob was a graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High School, class of 1962, and Alfred State. He was the owner of Victory Electric which made radio receivers for the blind. He happily participated in his parish: Our Lady of Mercy in LeRoy, NY.

Bob loved to travel, visiting Israel, China, Azores, midwest U.S., Hawaii, many countries in Europe and spent three months in Germany to learn the language. Bob deeply appreciated family and friends.

Friends and Family are invited to call on Tuesday, July 15, from 4-8pm at Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 W. Main Street, Caledonia. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11am, Wednesday July 16, at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 44 Lake St. LeRoy. Burial will follow at St. Columba Cemetery, 198 North St. Caledonia, NY.
