He is survived by his wife, Sandra Carney; daughter, Claudia Maria Carney (Raymond Matta); brother, Dr. Walter Carney; loving nieces and nephews.Sunday at 4PM his Memorial Service will be held at Grace Episcopal Church, Scottsville. Private Interment Mumford Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Grace Church Scottsville, 9 Browns Ave., Scottsville, NY 14546 or St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 175 North St., Caledonia, NY 14423.
