Jennifer DiLiberto

A loving mother, step mom, wife, daughter, sister, and daughter in law. Jennifer, 53, passed peacefully at her home in Pavilion surrounded by her family.

She was born in Rochester in 1971 to her parents Sharon Duncan ( Bob Foti) and Gregory Panzarella ( Deborah). She was soon joined with a little sister, Renee ( Steven Collins). Jennifer attended school at Caledonia - Mumford Central School and then to college at FLCC.

Jennifer and her three boys, Tyler(26), Joshua(26), and Tanner(24) joined families with her husband Todd and his son Dominic(24) on August 14, 2013. From that day forward their families became one. Jennifer loved having her home filled with family and friends, the more the merrier. Most birthdays and holidays and get togethers were hosted by Jennifer and Todd. She also loved exploring the world with her loved ones.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, August 22 from 4-7pm at Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 West Main St., Caledonia. Private interment. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wilmot Cancer Institute or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
