Atlanta, NY: Died February 16, 2015 just prior to her 90th Birthday, which would have been on February 26. Helen was predeceased by her parents, Reuben and Belle Martin; brother, Charles Martin and her beloved niece, Jean Guthrie Sullivan. She graduated from SUNY Fredonia. Taught music and retired as a Kindergarten Teacher from Wayland-Cohocton Central School. She enjoyed her grand-nephews, Conor and Aidan Sullivan; her big gray cat Smokey, gardening and playing piano.

Survived by her sister, Marian Guthrie; sister-in-law, Charleen Martin; nephews, Brooks and Scott; nieces, Jacqueline Guthrie VanAllen and Elizabeth Guthrie; grand-nephews, Conor James and Aidan Mills Sullivan and their father, Sean Sullivan; cousins, Phyllis Rathbun, Shirley Hargrave, Margaret Gray and Stephen Parks.
