Bibi Goolcharran Obituary (1936

Peacefully, Friday, October 11, 2024 at the age of 88. Bibi is predeceased by her parents Rukmin and Sheerkhan, husband Ernest Goolcharran, daughter, Bebe Janath, son, Andre Goolcharran. She is survived by her children, Raymond (Rajkumari) Goolcharran, Deborah Goolcharran (Harrinarine Dhanessar), Donna (Gerald) Parsons and Dionne (Fay) Barratt; twenty grandchildren: Jehnee Singh, Rajendra Singh, Yasmin Janath, Omar (Jenny) Samuels, Sabrina Kabir, Richard (Ashley) Janath, Michael and David Goolcharran, Armand Doobay, Alicia (Stefon) Mangru, Justin Dhanessar, Adrian, Andrew and Amanda Goolcharran, Emily, Ryan and Brandon Parsons and Mia, Riley and Eliot Barratt; ten great-grandchildren; nephews Husman (Joan) Khan, Zaman (Afroze) Khan, Raymond (Rehana) Khan and Desmond Khan; friends and beloved caregivers at St. John's Nursing Home, especially Karen Schneggenburger, whose unconditional love and support will never be forgotten. Bibi was a loving and supportive mother and grandmother. She was smart, hardworking, fiercely independent and a force to be reckoned with. She will be missed. Bibi's family will receive friends on Friday, October 18, 2024 from 11 AM to 1 PM, with a service immediately to follow, at Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 Main Street, Caledonia, New York; interment at Saint Columba Cemetery, State Street, Caledonia, New York.
