Mary Ellen Allen age 78 of Nunda, NY passed away on Friday April 7, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was born February 26, 1945 to the late Lawrence Smith and Ellen Smith.
She is survived by her husband, Melvin W. Allen of 61 years and her children; William D. Allen (Jean Allen), of Burns, Tennessee, Scott L. Allen (Roxana Allen) of Nunda, and Vicky Cousins (David Cousins) of Warsaw, her 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She is proceeded in death by her son, Melvin W. Allen Jr. who was stillborn at birth in 1968. She is also proceeded in death by her brother, Lawrence Smith.
