Obituary for Robert "Bob" Gilbert
Caledonia – Passed peacefully on June 25, 2022 at the age of 68. He survived by his daughters, Sarah (Matt) Weaver, Meghan (Mike Poole) Gilbert, and Katelynn Higgins. Six grandchildren; Trey, Ally, Madelyn, Hudson, Callan, and Penelope. Sisters; Judith (Larry Buczknowski) Randall, and Elizabeth (Steven Huff) Gilbert. Mother-in-law, Sharon (Ralph) Glidden, many extended family members and wonderful friends. Predeceased by his wife, Crissa, and parents, Walter and Jean Gilbert.
Friends may call Thursday, June 30 from 4 – 7pm at Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 W. Main Street, Caledonia. His Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 1 at 10 am at St. Martin de Porres Parish, St Columbia Church, 198 North Street, Caledonia. Interment St. Columba Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Focus on the Children, P.O. Box 31, Caledonia, NY 14423.
