Josephine was born in Piffard, N.Y. on Sept. 7, 1923 and graduated from York Central High School. She married Frank Sylvester Cappotelli on October 6, 1945. Frank and Josephine built their home in Caledonia where she resided until her death. Josephine’s greatest love was her husband and her “boys”. She was happiest when in the kitchen cooking and baking for her family. Her sauce, meatballs and cream puffs will be missed by her grandchildren. Josephine enjoyed playing the slots and penny poker. She was an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills and was certain they would be heading to the Super Bowl.

A very special thank you to Molly Peet, Charlene Carnes, Laurie Trathen, Michelle Riggs and Raul Lopez. Your kindness and love shown to our mother is sincerely appreciated.
