ROCHESTER - July 20, 2018 at age 83. Predeceased by his parents, Howard and Dolores Kemnitz; sisters, Jean and Joan. He is survived by his children, Michael (Kathy), Timothy Kemnitz, Lori Anastasi, Barbara (David) Casinelli, Sharon Liberatore, Bob (Kris) Coffey, Debbie (Joe) Vazzana, Dave (Becky) Coffey and Arlene O’Brien; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Jack (Geraldine) and Harold Kemnitz; several nieces and nephews. William served in the US Navy for nine years.
