Jon (Jack) King
Caledonia, Feb. 10, 2018, unexpectantly at age 78.
Predeceased by his parents Clement and Mildred King, son James King, son-in-law Frank Mochol, brother Ralph (and Carol) King and, sister Evelyn Pierce. He is survived by his wife of 59 years Judy (Nixion), daughters Julia Mochol and Jacqueline Maurer. Grandchildren Lindsay (Christopher VonHyning) Mochol, Kyle (Christiana LaJudice) Mochol, Melissa (Paul) Smith, John (Miranda Smith) Hameister, Samantha Maurer and Julia A.C. King. One great-grandson Orion Hameister. Many special nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other relatives.
Jack was retired from Eastman Kodak where he was an electrical engineer for over 20 years. He was an accomplished musician who enjoyed playing guitar, banjo, mandolin, and fiddle. He had a passion for geneology and animals (especially his beagles). He loved being surrounded by family.
Friends may call Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 1-3 P.M. at the Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 West Main Street, Caledonia. Private service and interment.
