Williams, Dora Mae (Jackson)
Caledonia/Gastonia, NC: Dora Mae Jackson-Williams passed away on September 11, 2015 at age 63. She is survived by her daughter, Tonya Williams and sons, Leron (Stacy) and Julian ( Tiffany) Williams; sister, Christine Weber; brothers, Julian, Larry, Clifford Jackson; along with numerous nieces and nephews. Dora was the daughter of the late Robert and Esther Jackson of McEwen Road, Caledonia, NY. Her departed siblings include, Robert Jr., Laverne, Kenneth “Suttie”, Arnold. Dora is a native of Caledonia. She graduated from Caledonia-Mumford High School in 1970. She held an Associates Degree from Genesee Community College. Dora worked for many years and retired from the Livings¬ton County Department of Social Services. She enjoyed sewing and selling her crafts. She loved God and continuously spread the word of God to people.
Friends may call Friday 4-7 PM at the Alhart Funeral Home, 3068 W. Main St., Caledonia where her Funeral Service will be held Saturday 11 AM. Interment, Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Fowlerville.
